  22. adjusted for wiping
  23. speed using a knob
  24. on the dash or turn
  25. signal stalk in the
  26. cabin of the car. 
  27. Wiper blades need
  28. to be replaced
  29. periodically, so
  30. that the wipers do
  31. not cause dirt and
  32. water to smear over
  33. the windshield,
  34. impairing vision.
